Continuing economic pressure is expected to drive the BPO sector in 2012 as service-users look to reduce costs without sacrificing quality. A survey by industry experts Horses for Sources, indicated that 25% of organisations would be more likely to outsource if there was another recession. With BPO now seen as a proven model, companies in difficult times will look to outsourcing as a way of creating efficiencies. (more…)
